Somehow, this blog has started as a baking blog. My coworkers even refer to me as 'the baker' now. I actually only bake occasionally for special occasions. This occasions do include the rumbling of Buzza, but I pretty much take care of that by cooking almost every day.
I much prefer cooking because I like to let my soul do the cooking. Ingredients and amounts don't have to measure out perfectly, and there aren't strict rules to follow. I'm not good with rules, especially strict ones. This is why I've never successfully dieted and Buzza thinks I'm a horrible driver.
In most of my cooking recipes, you won't find many measurements, although I will try to include estimates. Keep in mind that I really never measure out anything when I cook, and you don't have to either. I'll encourage you to use whatever is in your fridge, because that's what I try to do. Let your soul shine through.
